6 Panel Gatefold with 3 open panels + 8p booklet + 12p poster + CD

A replicated run of CDs in Offset printd 6 panel gatefold cases.
The 6 panel gatefold was made with a custom forme that has a disc slot cut out of the middle panel and straight edges. All 3 panels are open to accommodate the disc and both booklets. The gatefold also has a gloss cello finish.
