Duplication (or burning) is the process in which blank CDR or DVDR media is duplicated and then printed.
This process is best suited to runs below 500 units (although if you need 500 + units in a short turnaround duplication may suite your purpose).

Implant offers the highest quality duplicated CD and DVD in the shortest possible turnaround, usually 1-3 working days.

We offer the following disc formats for duplication:

• CD
• CD (80mm mini CD)
• DVD (Single Layer)
• DVD (Dual Layer)
• DVD (80mm Mini DVD)

It is important when obtaining quotes / placing an order that the correct format is entered as there are price differences between each format.

Printing options:

include basic print (either black thermal or full colour up to 50% of the disc surface) or full print (over 50% of the disc surface area printed.
Implant also offers a gloss UV coat to enhance and protect the print result of the surface of the discs.

Basic Print:

Black Thermal Print on Silver or white discs.
Full Colour print utilising under 50% disc coverage on white printable media.

Full Print: Full Colour print (over 50% disc coverage)

Gloss UV : UV gloss lacquer than is applied to the printed disc face to lift and enhance the printed design and protects the printed surface.

Lead Time:

For duplicated media, Implant offers a standard turnaround of 1-3 working days for most quantities. If your job is more urgent, please enquire with one of our customer service staff to comfirm a faster turnaround where possible
